- November 6, 2018 was registered and founded by Dr. Jerry Yu, Winnie Lo serves as a director and secretary, Mr. Wyman Lee PMSM, FSERA as CEO
- On December 30, 2021, according to Article 88 of the Tax Regulations, it is listed as a public welfare charity institution and trust that has been exempted from tax payment
